MUDr. Mgr. Jan Čeněk

He studied law and medicine, and thanks to this unique combination, he specializes primarily in healthcare law—specifically representing patients in disputes over compensation for injuries caused by improper practices of healthcare providers. In the past, he also worked at the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic as an analyst in the areas of health insurance, reimbursement mechanisms, and healthcare management. He served as the coordinator of an OECD international project focused on the quality of healthcare in the Czech Republic and represented the Ministry of Health in the OECD working group on healthcare quality indicators. He now leverages the experience gained at the Ministry of Health as an independent consultant and lecturer in reimbursement mechanisms, the pharmaceutical industry, and healthcare analytics.
