JUDr. Viktor Pak

He graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague in 1977. In 1978, he began his apprenticeship as a lawyer at the Prague Legal Consultation. After passing the bar exams, he worked from 1980 as a member of the Municipal Association of Lawyers in Prague.

In 1990, he founded his own law firm and, in close cooperation with the oldest auction and real estate agency in the Czech Republic, gradually specialized in legal services in the real estate market, auctions, apartments, housing law, leasing, civil law, commercial law, restitutions, and later also in healthcare law and pharmacy law.

Within his specialization, he has extensive experience in resolving disputes both in court and at the negotiating table. Viktor Pak, together with Maria Švehelka, collaborates with the Czech Patients' Association and provides legal assistance to patients, particularly concerning their claims for compensation for health damages.

He serves as a law lecturer focusing on civil law, administrative law, and legal relationships related to real estate at LIGS University in Prague.
